Do I need Auxo Workshop to use it?

No. On its own it's $29+GST a month plus $0.50+GST per non-VIC-connected check. If you're on Auxo Workshop, it's a free add-on and you just pay per check.

Can I use it alongside SAM?

Yes. It runs alongside SAM, but the two aren't connected, so you enter customer details in SmartCheck Pro.
